How to make a bootable usb from bootable iso image of a cd?

I recently read Raymond's article on kon-boot to temporarily bypass admin log in. So i was thinking whether it would be possible to boot a pc using a flash drive by using the bootable image of the utility? Step by step instructions would be appreciated.
    Thanks

Thanks!! I totally forgot about that article. Too bad that didn't come up on google or else I could have saved you guys some keystrokes.

    Uh oh! New problem

After mkbt writes the image file(from the Kon-Boot iso) to the flash drive, the drive becomes completely inaccessible saying that the drive is not formatted. If I format the drive, then the boot sectors will get removed. On top of that when I mount the iso to see its content, it says that the drive is inaccessible. If there anyway I can get the kon-boot to work from a flash drive?

I will be also waiting. For all these boot files we have to speed some bucks on CD/DVD whereas, USB Drive is perfect tool.

Cant wait for the article. Buying a cd just to burn some kilobytes of stuff just isn't worth it.
