I can't follow what you're saying but by the sounds of it your hotmail account is locked.

The only thing I could suggest is another password reset. Aside from that, you'd need to hack it yourself.

I can't resolve what you mean from the language. If you're uncomfortable using English then type in Hindiso that I or other Indians in the Forum may understand your words and then suggest the solution.

All I can derive from your post is that if your Hotmail account has been blocked, it could've been due to someone trying to hack into your account via random password bombing. Follow the Password reset steps and wait for 4-5 days until the Hotmail account temporary ban gets lifted.

Why do you not use the forgot password feature and enter the answer to your secret question you provided when you signed up. If it is genuinely your account you can recover the account in 2 minutes.

Not an answer, but I do not get the people that cannot read the question and understand it.

    1) Hotmail account needed to be reset.
    2) Reset password sent to the same hotmail account, as there is no alternate email previously entered.
    3) Cannot read hotmail account to get the reset password as cannot read this email, it needs password reset.

    It's like Catch 22

Simply do not select the send email option. The account can be unlocked by selecting forgot password on the login screen then clicking the second option on the following screen. You will then need to confirm your country of residence and the answer to your secret question. If you answer the secret question correctly you will be permitted to reset the password to the account. If you do not know what the secret answer is then either the account is not yours or you have genuinely forgotten it. If you have forgotten then your only option is to create a new email address as MSN will not unlock the account even if you contact them directly.

    Click on "forgot your password"

    Select the second option

Select your country of residence and answer the question. Be aware you have limited chances to answer the question.

If you answer the secret question correct you may reset the password.

This will work even if you have requested the password reset email to be sent. Very simple solution if you remember the answer you provided for the secret question when you signed up.

A person that did not supply an alternative email address, most likely did not supply a secret question-answer.

Please also understand that hotmail system evolved during many years, with different requirements like there was no question-answer when they started, and also if someone forgot password, they may also forget the question-answer.

This is the way I understand the original first post.

Creating a new account is not a solution, as you lose all the inbox and other folders, and the address book. and if getting new account, personally I will go with gmail and not hotmail.

It was never possible to create a hotmail/MSN account without supplying an alternative email address or a secret answer. I have an 8 year old hotmail account and checked this. This has always been standard procedure when signing up for an email account. It seems then that the person has lost access to that account and will never recover it or the saved emails.

you nmean you lost your password or forgot it ?

if yes ,use forgot password, as explained above or contact hotmail via different email ,then they will ask you several question .
