IE 8 looks Black

Whenever i open IE 8, it is blackl as you can see ion the attachment. The options work fine but there is a problem that the characters are not visible in the upper part only. Net works fine and pages load normally. PLease help me getting out rid of this problem.

i think you have to reinstall your ie again, or redownload it, because maybe its corrupted
