There's no need to download files to email box and also I think it's not possible.

Easy way to store files online is to upload files to file hosting site and then download when you want.

So, first upload your files to SkyDrive or MediaFire or any other file hosting service. After that, they will give you one link, using that link you can download files from anywhere.

Not sure if this will help you... but just in case...

    http://www.upload-drive.com/

This has an option to load files from other URL's. I use it when some websites offer low download speeds, and it takes forever to download.

I don't think you can make your email server download the files and keep it there.

If you have a website with plenty of web space and bandwidth, I know that Rapidleech script can help you do that.
