nProtect GameGuard fails @ KIS2010 build 9.0.0.459

Does anyone expriencing problem when playing games online with nProtect (GameGuard) with KIS/KAV2010 build 9.0.0.459 that has failed to load up and saying "GameMon.des fails, restart your pc or try again later". I already exprience same situation in KIS2009 build 8.0.0.357 or maybe build 8.0.0454, can't recall anymore and now in KIS/KAV2010 get the same problem. Thanks

GameGuard games are essentially rootkits. When I was using KAV and played a GameGuard game, KAV always alerted me whether to let it run or not because it ran drivers. Shouldn't it just alert you?
