If you can not get into the BIOS to change the boot order so that you can boot from a cd have you tried removing the hard drive? That will mean that the hard drive in the BIOS will no longer be an option. Once this has been done boot your computer using something like OPHCRACK disc and remove any passwords. Reboot and enter the BIOS and change the boot order to boot from cd first. Save and shutdown then refit the hard drive. Reboot using OPHCRACK disc and remove any passwords that may be on hard drive.
Have a look at this item from Raymond a while back.

Dell Inspirion 1150 - BIOS - PASSWORD
Thanks for the info Chunky...
Ill try, but Im not sure that that will work (using OPHCRACK)..
The reason being;
This password has been set up in the BIOS.
This is a BIOS Password (and more than like likely an Hard Drive Password).
Also as I am reading - I'm hearing that I may have to change my service tag, etc...
Still Confused...
However, I am gonna try your suggestion Chunky.
Thanx Everyone for your Help and Input
