    Help

    Im having issues trying to install Ashampoo Burning Studio 9 on my Pc, ive downloaded from the Ashampoo site, and once I start the install procedure, I get the following. See pic.



    Any help please.?

    If you're on Vista run the setup as an administrator. If on windows 7 check for compatibility settings

    Cheers for the heads up guys, but I use IOBit Advanced System care, I`m using Vista, Got Kaspersky and Spyware Doctor, have tried installing with admin privileges, even tried safe mode, deleted, rebooted, downloaded again, and still the same outcome, anymore help please.?

    Sometimes i have problems like you and i use regcure to fix it because problems in your registrys! Did you try suggests above? It's ok?
