Help me choose

as a part of my higher education i have been given a bouns to choose From 3 Vendor Certifications(MCTS/SCJP/CCNA). i can choose to do 2. i need to know which one is highly recodniced and gives a good job opptunity. it should be worth the time spent(money no problem).

MCTS and SCJP is about programming and CCNA is about Cisco routers (networking).
I personally never liked programming, so CCNA is the way to go for me.

personally i like to do CCNA and SCJP but Microsoft programing is also important for IT, thats why i wanted to ask u guys, now the choice is between MCTS and SCJP
