Life is all about ass; you're either covering it, laughing it off, kicking it, kissing it, busting it, trying to get a piece of it, or behaving like one.

Is it in .iso format? If yes, just burn the ISO image to a DVD disc and you can play it on your dvd player.

If you want to burn vob to iso
    http://www.imgburn.com/

You can try using DVD Shrink to open the ISO and have it extract the VOB files in the ISO.
    http://www.dvdshrink.org/

    or

Download a program that can deal with ISO files. One example of such a program is PowerISO. Click on the download link at the website, then save the file to your computer when the download window comes up.

    Step
2Double click on the ".exe" file once it downloads to your computer. This particular one should be called "PowerIso.exe" or something similar. Go through the installation process, which will include choosing a directory on your computer for the program.

    Step
3Find your VOB file after the program is installed. You can look by double clicking on "My Computer" on your desktop. If the VOB file is on a DVD, you can find the DVD itself.

    Step
4Right click on the VOB file and you should see an option in the menu there that says "Power Iso." Select that, then you will be given a new set of options. Click on "Add image to file." A new window will appear that says "Save Image File." There will be three options; choose the ".iso file" option at the top.

    Step
5Choose a folder for where the new image file will be saved. The default folder will be listed in the box at the bottom of the window. You can hit the button with the "..." on it to change the folder. When ready, click "OK" and the file will begin converting and saving to your folder.

Then just burn the folders directly to a DVD and you will be able to play it on your dvd player.

Ok.i think i get it. First you need to have nero vision. All you need to do is just open up nero vision and add all the .vob files in add media box. Remember you must not add .bup files, you have to add only .vob files.make sure that the files are in correct order and click next and preview it and then burn.
I used to do these when i get copied movies like that. You can also do it in other movie editors like power director, corel studio etc.
