Annoying pop ups on internet explorer

i only use IE for email but lately i've been getting annoying pop up boxes from adobe microsoft and kaspersky lab iclick in the box dont show me again but the still pop up any ideas its only started today

I use IE8 and I haven't been getting any pop ups.

If I were you I would run a virus/spyware scan. Sounds like some type of malware to me.
