    Moved this to it's own post so it can get more attention. As for the problem, if you are using Flash or Java, are they up to date?

    ===============================================

    flash is already updated (flash 10 or 11 i guess) and doesn't need to install any 3rd party plugins but still have that problem, i can see streaming videos but not for long coz it will restart the pc sooner or later, it doesn't happen before just recently . I am also downloading in my utorrent while this is happening could that be the cause? but i highly doubt it so what could possibly be the causes of this. I am planning to replace my 500w power supply to a much higher one probably 600 - 650w is that ok? what would you suggest me to do? please ...

    Both of which might be your cause or you might have downloaded a infected version of Flash.

    (Please post on this post from now on, I moved it here because on the other one, it was off topic. This one is dedicated just for your issue)

    Your PC might be infected, If you've downloaded a fake video codec ( trojan agent ) from pron sites and other malicious linked sites...

    this is just a suggestion but:

    Have you tried to monitor the tempereture of your CPU?

    http://www.almico.com/speedfan.php

    Open the case and ensure the heatsink is clear of dust/fluff as this will not allow the CPU to cool properly.
