how to regain administrator rights for my laptop...

Due to security policy my company has recently removed admin rights on my office laptop which I use it from both home & office. Even they are planning to disable USB & CD drive as well soon. Without admin rights now its like dumb terminal and i don't even have write permission to C drive. I do explore lot of freeware & open source tools from home for my projects purpose on regular basis. But due to security policy now I became handicapped. Can anyone have any idea or any tools to regain admin rights.
