i'm able to connect it over the lan
but i wanna know the whole process of connecting it to over the internet

You will need to enter the IP address of the computer that you want to remotely access with RDP.

If you are connected to the Internet via a router, you will need to forward TCP port 3389.

public ip or private ip ?
3389 port is forwarded
i just wnt to use my computer when i'm outside my house

It's public ip address. Then you need config your router to forward TCP Port 3389 to your PC in LAN.
