Camstudio would help you with that.

    http://camstudio.org/

It's freeware...download and use it...If you feel it's a good program, then you may wish to donate to the developers.

P.S. i have never used the prog. but most users say it's good.

Well, technically speaking, most freeware do as good a job as payware...there's no reason for you to waste your money unless you are a rich man's son...just kidding

Try CamStudio first...if it suits you, use and keep it...if not, time to try others.

Thanks for the link safe guy. Looks very good.
I've used two other products that can be an alternative to camstudio.

Wink is a Tutorial and Presentation creation software, primarily aimed at creating tutorials on how to use software. It allows you to add explanations boxes, buttons, titles etc. http://www.debugmode.com/wink/

Snagit 7. Have a look here:

Wink was the one I was thinking of. I couldn't remember what it was called but I knew it was something with the eyes.

why does screen2exe doesn't work and you don't need a special player only because it makes exe files you have to arhive the file before you uploded to any site but it is a payed version that uses swf files

I suggest you use camstudio. Like safeguy said its freeware and its pretty good i used to use it and it comes in handy. You can choose what size of the recording should be and you can turn off the audio record.
