None so far but you can try using this Scandoo trick:

I think you can use it for Chrome...haven't tried it though

Use kaspersky 2010 and sandboxie. Kaspersky proactive defense will prevent you from visiting any malicious sites by blocking it. It don't always work...

    Google Chrome security review

Chrome, has quite a few security-related features:

-- Site blacklists to protect against malware and phishing
-- A privacy mode (Incognito) to erase tracks of user activity.
-- A thorough Clear Browsing Data dialog box.
-- But the really innovative feature is the way Google has built the browser's rendering engine to run in a sandbox. Each browser tab is an isolated process running with limited capabilities. This means that if a malicious application were to run, it could not crash, interfere with or impede the others running in other tabs. It also means that the app cannot do things, like write to the file system, that could make the malicious app persistent.
WOT not needed, unless you have a history of careless browsing...

You have to physically move them out of the sandbox. An intentional act. Use caution.

or just go to Yahoo: It does uses mcafee site advisor rating known as SearchScan.

Sandbox is the easiest and most effective the browser protection so far, this is recommended esp. for those people who don't know how to configure there browsers and the security settings.
