Hide some sentences in a video tutorial

i have made a video tutorial using Snag It, now i have the video but inside it appears private informations (e-mail and passwords) which i want to hide them... can this be done using a watermark? (maybe a black rectangle placing it in front of it) or anything? please help

i tried this software but when i'm trying to put a black rectangle watermark it's not taking it... (nothing appear)
