Plz suggest Headphone

Hello Everyone!!

I will be buying a headphone this diwali with my saved pocket money.It should have a integrated mike with it.My very first priority is good sound quality followed by sleek design and elegant looks.Unfortunately I have only 500 bucks (Rupees)for this.Please suggest headphone models considering my budget.

Believe you me, they are not that bad .Even ,I use them for commuting(I can go for senn IE8 /IE7 ,but I can't risk of using them while travelling ).They don't have any mic though .

Well ,Its little hard to adjust ,when at home I use Senn HD650 or beyer Dt770 .

I usually use a pair of Panasonic Eardrops that run for $10 Canadian, dunno how much they would be in rupees.
