Where can I buy cheap laptops? One of my friends need it. I would he would but tomorrow and I need suggestion on this. I am in UK and I would. I prefer Dell XPS if you have any other suggestions that would be fine. He is willing to spend 400 Pounds. I searched the net and was unable to find cheap and new laptops.

ebay... if u want really cheap then look for damaged or spares or repairs laptops ,some have things like battery missing or needs hd , perfectly working too
