Confused Is it normal to have spam labelled "me" ?

I have a few spam mails in my spam folder with the label "me".

Actually we get the same thing when we send ourself an email.

In Gmail when you send a mail to yourself, you will get the sender name as me, the possibility might be the spammer using the name me as his first name...

Err!!! I am bit confused. Is the sender mail id in the spam mail is also same as yours?

its not hacking or something....they just spoof the sender id as me so that we will open it thinking that its related to us....another method of smart spamming....nothing to worry about... I get heaps of them a day....

In Gmail whenever you get a spam message just mark it and select Report spam...

Day by day the number of spam messages will be reduced...

I used to get heaps of spams in my inbox past few months... By Reporting spam it is reduced to just one or two per day...

P.S:- Most of the online money making websites are targeted in spamming, just try to avoid them...
