For good performance you have to choice a good combinication of Processor,RAM & HDD.
As per Poll I choice Processor, because processor speed is much importaint than RAM speed.

Every PC has a bottleneck...the weak link in the chain that all components are waiting for before they can go further. Without a doubt, RAM is the cheapest upgrade you can make to improve performance. You need to balance components...a quad core running on 1gig RAM will NOT outperform a dual core with 4 gigs. You can easily buy 4-8 gigs of high speed RAM for less than any decent duo or quad core CPU, so if it is an upgrade, go for the RAM. Before you upgrade CPUs, consider what is the FSB (Front Speed Bus) of your MoBo. If your MoBo cannot handle the extra speed, you have just wasted some $$$.
With that said, those are the 'electronic components'. They will outperform the mechanical components (HDDs, floppies, DVDs, etc). Your HDD is probably the bottleneck in your system. A 1980 Intel 8088 CPU can still outperform a SCSI Hard Drive!! If you really want performance, you need to upgrade HDDs. A SCSI drive is out of perspective for most of us, cost wise, but a good compromise is the 10K RPM VelociRaptor from Western Digital (going for +/- $200 for the 300G version). Quite expensive for its size, but quite impressive in its speed.
Mankind hates what it fears, and fears what it cannot understand.
Therefore, hatred is a by-product of ignorance!

saya rasa sebelum menanyakan kecepatan antara prosesor dan ram yang perlu anda ketahui adalah
apa itu prosesor?
dan apa itu ram?

Both are equally important for a powerful (balanced) computer. I gave RAM more importance in poll as there are not many common programs, which need very powerful processor (all the time). For common users, RAM upgrade might show better performance than CPU upgrade. RAM upgrade means reduced load on HDD subsystem and better cache system in Windows Vista/7 (reduced access to page file). For XP users, they can either choose to disable page file if RAM is more than 4 GB, or choose to upgrade CPU, as Windows XP does not use RAM as efficiently as newer operating systems.
