    There isn't Recuva in that list. And I prefer "Everything" search program than free version of Copernico... too much advertising there.

    i also like everything... instead of windirstat i prefer the old space monger or treesize free, instead of cpu-z and gpu-z everest ultimate portable which also features a lot of other things...

    There's lots of such 'essential lists' going around on the web on tech sites but this one I admit is interesting to look at...although I'm not using all of them but I'm familiar or have seen most of them. There's a few that I didn't notice before though....
