I need feedback for AVS registry cleaner?

My friend asks me if I want to have AVS registry cleaner license. I never heard of this software before.
Has anyone here used it? Not so many reviews for this software.

softpedia rated this 2.2 pretty bad...
honestly,i wouldnt touch a non-popular registry cleaner...i would only trust popular brands like advanced system care,wise registry cleaner,ccleaner,tune up utilities... etc
once i donwloaded a crappy brand called i think it was pc washer or something like that...it stuffed up my laptop big time,i had to reinstall the O.S...
