Stammer did indeed post it first A Guy, which is why I merged the two. Yours added a bit of information that Stammer's didn't have and rather then delete one and make one of you mad at me, I figured a merge would be the best.

    Whatcha think?

Hey Thanks hellnorie, no problems here. Just was not to sure of what happened thats all.
I appreciate the explanation and I understand about merging the two. Dont need a bunch of threads on the same subject.
Did not realize that A Guy posted a thread about it also. No prob A Guy. The more info on it the better. Maybe it will help someone.
    No harm done.

I'd rather merge with Alyssa Milano, but this was fine with me

As a side note, this trick works fine on 32 bit Vista, but will BSOD a 64 bit version!

Yes,Polkadot's right....there have been lots of complaints about that happening....so be warned if you're using Vista 64-bit!!!

P.S. One question to those who've tried this...how useful do you find this 'GodMode' to be...it's 'cool' but do you really think it makes much difference to using the Control Panel?
