Depends on what you want to do. Do you want to make macros or do you want to make actual programs?
Macros are easier, are scripts, and can do set tasks. However, they are limited.
Programs are harder, are actual programs, and can do far more. However, they are hard to learn.
pacman -Syyu life not found in sync db

@Hellnoire - I would be better off trying to do a macro not an actually program.

@ amature programmer : the possibilities are really wide, it would be really better if you could be more specific about what you want to create.
If nothing else works, open command prompt and type 'del C:\Windows'

@ hellnoire, the last link is broken on softpedia. Quick macro is not there.

Also check AutoIt, which is one of the most popular scripting tools for Windows. Scripts can be compiled into stand-alone executables.
Check also AutoIt Forums for example scripts.

My mistake then. But the others are. I just went into softpedia and pulled up some results.
