Restore My Documents Access Denied
Hi
I moved My Documents into my D:/ drive but I forgot to create a parent folder.
I wanted to restore to default I get an access denied
I am the Admin and only user of my PC

Help

I moved My Documents into my D:/ drive.
How did you do that ?? Try booting into safe mode using the default 'Administrator' account and then change it.
If nothing else works, open command prompt and type 'del C:\Windows'

I booted into safe mode and still didnt work
You can move My Documents into D:/ drive my right clicking My Documents >> Properties >> Location and move it that way

Out of my mind. I Haven't Lost My Mind, It's Backed Up On Disk Somewhere.

Yea. I clicked that, then Yes, then I got that error

One of my friends had a similar problem as you Mark last time...I can't remember how he fixed it...I'll try to find out though..

My last option would be to reinstall Vista as I like things to be neat and tidy..
(I'm a perfectionist says my friend)
