    My posts are automatically deleted

    Hello staff/Mods

I am new here may be I didn't understand some rules or so. But from last few days all my posts are automatically deleted.

For instance my last thread in Freebie forum, where i posted about competition to win 10 BIS 2010 was deleted.

I never get a PM regarding it.

If anything wrong please do let me know, so that I can improve.

    Regards
    Mad Geek

I haven't seen any of your posts, and because it's Murphy and myself that are the most active mods right now...

Why not explain it here Murphy? That way, we might all understand what's going on. I've received a few reports from others about their posts being deleted in the Freebies forum.. I understand there are some reposts, but some of them are original threads from what I understand.

Be mild, guys, being a moderator must be time-consuming. Remember, it is not a paid job, and we have to allow them for occasionally making decisions that may seem arbitrary or even unjust. These things are hard to avoid. I think Murphy is doing fine.

    Hi,
Why not explain it here Murphy?
    OK ''hellnoire''.... several explanations .

    ,,riteshtechie,,
First of all I want to congratulate you for your blog .... ''beingPC Get Help From Xperts!!!'' , interesting blog with useful information .

And now in response to the posting issue please give me permission to ask you : Mr. Raymond gave you permission to post about your blog here on this forum ? ( As administrator of that blog you have permission to post your contests here at Raymond.CC Forum ? ) Thank you .

I hope you have a good reason to affirm it.
Is not my territory here and I do not feel like a GOD .

Honestly, I respect everyone here. Even if I disagree with certain things sometimes I try to get over them or I try to solve them in an amicable way.

But I don't like to get on a forum just to ''give lessons'' or to say certain things ( which might lead to arguments between members - and I think nobody wants this ) about giveaways , for example .
I hope you understand and is no need to post here all your statements ( some of them are deleted because came to argument - was reached arguments ).

And finally.... Mr. ,,Flatlands,, ..... Mr. ''Flatlands'' let's try to respect everybody and I think everything will be okay. Thank you.

    ,,hellnoire,,

.... I've received a few reports from others about their posts being deleted in the Freebies forum ....
Some people have lost posts for some good reasons and one of them is Mr. ''Flatlands'' .
Just yesterday I deleted a few posts for some reason, you can read HERE .

.....but some of them are original threads from what I understand.
When I delete a thread it means that is a repost , spam or sometimes it is as is case of ''riteshtechie'' .

When you told me to leave the new thread .... I left it : ,,Note to Murphy, leave this one, don't bump the old one.,,

Or there were cases when I moved ( not deleted ) those threads in the ''General Forum'' section .
For example : ,,Free Join Microsoft Office Web Apps Beta,, ; ''Chance to win Alienware M11x'' ; ,,For the musician: GUITAR CHORDS,, ; ''<<FREE>> the BEST geneology softwear in the world: PAF'' ; ''<<FREE>> Glary Utilities Portable 219.0800'' ; ''TV-FOX - free Online TV for Firefox'' .

To be clear what happened if I will move again a thread I will write a post in the thread .... something like this : Moved here from ''Freebies!'' .

If you think I did something wrong I apologize and I can be ''Banned'' .

    ,,Kees,,
    Thank you .

    Best regards !

If you do things without clarifying with people, they can get upset. Something that can be mistaken, and thought wrong. Just a short one line sentence explaining what you're doing can make all the difference in the world.

And in the case of cross-linking, might be a good idea to edit their post, explaining it's not allowed, and lock it. Make an example, rather then flat out delete. Makes it able to be understood by all.

As it looks like, it's an misunderstanding. Thank you for clarifying.

Got to hand it to you Murphy, you have a nice way of explaining yourself in a way that it is respectful, covers the important points and doesn't invoke more fights.

BTW what is the difference between Hellnoire's powers and you?
