    Good to hear someone finally tried it.

    I'm waiting to see a few professional reviews on it (like Softpedia or CNET) before I try it, I want to make sure it doesn't report any data back that it's not supposed to.

    Funny you should mention that hellnoire,I have been using It all day with no problems,tried to play quake live on it but it wouldnt work,incompatable browser,so i did aboutconfig and changed the name from palemoon to firefox3.6,and quakelive loaded up,as it did zemina antilogger reported palemoon as trying to capture my keystrokes,any idea what thats about,I put it down to because i was about to play a online game but not sure,because I never get anything like that from firefox.What do you think

    I don't know... you'd be best to ask an expert at coding in the language Firefox is coded in.

    I've tried it before (portable version) and found out that it was slower than my own "tweaked" Firefox...and that you can't run both at the same time...as for "sending data back" issue...yes I wonder about that too but let's see...hopefully it does nothing of that sort...

    And yes, anyone here knows CometBird or Wyzo??

    P.S. Wyzo is slightly controversial...figure it out yourself with the help of Mr Google...
    They call me the mysterious one...

    Wyzo I used, but never liked. PaleMoon had me interested for a non-portable install. CometBird I never tried, nor heard of...

    I uninstalled It for now,they are probably false positives but kaspersky and zemina antilogger both report it as a keylogger,I have sent a email of to the developers asking why,so hopefully get some answers from them.

    I got the reply back from the developer today and this is what he had to say.

    EMAIL.
    *laughs* A keylogger?

    Seriously, I have no intention of providing malware in any way, shape or form.
    It sounds to me like your suites are woefully wrong in detecting what is
    malicious software and what isn't - I suggest switching to a different suite
    if it flags palemoon as malicious, as it's obviously not using very good
    heuristics at all.

    If you want confirmation, see, for example:

    http://www.softpedia.com/progClean/Pale-Moon-Clean-141741.html
    http://www.geardownload.com/internet/pale-moon.html (scroll down for 100%
    clean statement)
    http://www.softsea.com/review/Pale-Moon.html (100% clean award)
    and many more.

    END

    This is from the logs of zemina antilogger.
    Permission = 1
    Action = Allowed
    Description = Palemoon
    Process Name = palemoon.exe
    Process Path = C:\Program Files\Pale Moon project\palemoon.exe
    Component = palemoon.exe (palemoon.exe)
    Company = (Unable to verify) Mozilla Corporation
    Activity = KeyLogger (Type: 0)
    MD5 Hash = 510711237C3D0DA6FA1B9945B8D6CE60
    Date = 8/2/2010 - 10:43:15 PM
    And here Is what kaspersky reported It as,had to split it into 2 pictures to get all info.

    What do you guys think,false positives from both programs?
