Using the following:

* Aardvark, Firebug and YSlow - for web development.
* FlashGot - for downloads.
* Tab Kit - tab grouping, multi-rows, etc.
* Secure Login - for instant filling out of login details.
* View Cookies - cookie management.

I am not using any kind of ad blocking. This is because I place ads on websites myself and I would not want people blocking them out (do unto others as you would have others do unto you), and I have no problem with them in general anyway.
