    Mouse scrolling problem !

Hello everybody..I wish if you could help me with my problem..Actually , my mouse doesn't work as supposed..When I scroll the wheel up, the background goes down (reverse)..Many friends told me to buy a new mouse, what I did, and I still have the same problems with scrolling ?
    Any suggestion or help ?
    Thanks in advance

Pardon my ignorance but isn't that the way it is supposed to work? If you scroll the wheel away from you (Up) the screen scrolls from top to bottom (moving to the top of the page).

    it is infact right..

but still it could be changed, if the poster thinks it's a problem.

If I scroll the wheel down, it should go down, not up...I don't think that the opposite way is OK, like you folks consider ????

Yes, that is how it is supposed to be.

If u scroll the wheel down, the background/page should go up & vice-versa - which is happening in ur case..so no problem.

If you move the mouse wheel down, it should go down, if you scroll it up, it should go up. That's what's considered normal.

What happens here is the reverse.

Why not try removing the mouse driver, rebooting, and seeing if that works?
