Angry Serious Problem With new forum in my Desktop, No problem in Laptop

From the last few days I observed some strange behaviour while browsing from my Desktop. The problem is not with only this forum, but also with other forums with the new VB version.
    Problem Details
    1. Chat is not visible, but can post chat. Within the chat windows (even in chatbox full) I can see the the raymond cc forum page. Can view chat msgs from archieves
    2. Automatically logged out when enter in some thread, like the new security bulletin section. And there when I try to enter my login details, it redirected me to main forum page.
    What I tried
    1. I tried three different browsers, IE, Chrome and FF. Same probelm even in freshly installed Virtual Machine ion my Dasktop.
    2. Changed my DNS to OpenVPN.
    3. I formatted my PC (for other reason), but the problem was before foratting and still not resolved.

But while I login from my Laptop, no problem was there.

Very strange isn't it. I am damn sure it is not caused by any malwares or browser Hijacks, as I have not experienced any problems with other types of websites. Moreover problems exist even in freshly installed VM.
I am using Vista Ultimate in my Desktop with Avast free, Outpost Pro and Immunet. In my Laptop I have Win7 Ultimate with G-Data IS, Immunet and Spy-Sweeper.
I have not tried this in any other PC.

sujay i had also faced the problem of getting raymond.cc in the chat window. It was FF 3.5. However on refreshing it solved the problem. I'm having adblocker+Noscript.

Did u try disabling the Outpost, may be it is not allowing to load something & so the browser is showing garbled data.

Also if above is still not working, just disable Avast free, Outpost Pro and Immunet. Then try.

Are the network settings on ur desktop & laptop same?
