Angry Urgent!! Recover Data From RAW Partition

    Hi friends!

A friend of mine had a laptop. After he couldn't use it no more he removed the HDD, bought an adapter and an USB cable and used it as an external HDD. He divided it in 2 partions. After using it for a while, one day when he connected it to the PC the 2 partitions had become RAW and a popup warnig said to format the partitions in order to use them. This happens on Win7. In XP said that it wasn't accessible. Here's an image:

Recuva gives some result only when scaning one of the 2 partitons but none of my friends files.

Any help will be appreciated before my friend commit suicide!!
I couldn't mount the HDD even in ubuntu and also tried to test the HDD health with Parted Magic but no success.

    Thank You!!!

RAW partitions, from what I understand, is when a hard drive is nearing death or is dead. My only suggestion is Roadkil's Unstoppable Copier or Roadkil's RAW COPY, I'd go with the RAW COPY first and foremost, but make sure you've got something blank to copy it all onto, or it will be overwritten.

R-Studio's demo doesn't recover anything higher then 64 kb, according to the site. That's why I was naming Roadkil, because I've used his tools before and they don't have a limit; they're all freeware.
