    Vista to Windows 7 Ultimate

I think this thread will help a lot of people around here as many are doing the same.

As the title says, I am upgrading from Vista to W7 Ultimate.

    Here are my questions:

1- How can I back up all my Firefox settings(add-ons, themes, pluggins, settings) so that when i install it on the new OS, I can restore it and have the customized Firefox that i have customized to my needs for the past 3month. It will be a lot of work to have it back my way if i do it manually.
How do I backup all the lastpass settings and all the other add-ons settings

2- I have a lot of wireless connections saved(around 15). How can I back up all those connections, so i can restore them on W7.

3- I have a-squared AV since it was the best in July 2009. Now we're in 2010, what do you guys advise to get that is very good, light and fully compatible with W7 Ultimate.

4- How can I transfer my Outlook emails from 2007 to 2010.

I know those are a lot of questions but I am sure a lot of other members have faced this transition.

PS: Please, feel free to add more things to back up or to watch for if I have missed anything during this transition.

Thank you all for your help.

HERE's how to backup firefox settings and there was an addon to backup all your addons in a single one-click installer but I don't remember the name. To backup the bookmarks go to: Bookmarks/Organize Bookmarks....
For lastpass you don't have to backup nothing since the information is stored online. For protection I'd go for Avira Free or Panda Cloud if you have non-stop internet connection. Avast is good too. For the other stuff I'm sure somebody else will help you or you can search google.

    Screw Google! Ask me!

How about anyone know how to backup my WIFI connections. I have over 15wifi connections and it is hard and annoying to get all usernames and passwords again. Some I forgot what they were.
