    What internet speeds are we really getting?

    What is the average dl speed for the web? Sometimes i get a poor speed and other times i get this even though max is supposed to be 26mb?

    The result you got in the speedtest.net is correct, that is your actual download speed. If your connection speed is 26Mbps, then your download speed is calculated as connection speed divided by 8, in your case it's around 3250kBps.
