I've never been a fan of Comodo products....so I can't give a fair opinion. But if you ask me, it's overkill for a netbook...

Upgrade to Kaspersky Security Suite CBE 10. It is the latest build, based exactly on KIS 2010 and can be installed from Windows XP to Windows 7. Everything else is OK.
    Windows 7 SP1 Ultimate x86 + KIS 2011 (11.0.2.556 b.a.c.d) + Sandboxie Paid (3.54) + Deep Freeze Standard (7.20.020.3398)

I could've swore KIS CBE 10 was only for Windows 7
    Raymond's article
Unfortunately this is only for Windows 7 users. You CANNOT install Kaspersky Security Suite CBE Win7 on XP or Vista. If you are still using XP or Vista, you should check out this article that I’ve written 5 months ago.

I am talking about Kaspersky Security Suite CBE 10, not Kaspersky Security Suite CBE Win7. Kaspersky Security Suite CBE 10 supports Windows XP to 7.
