How many of you knew that Sysinternals is owned by Microsoft?
That Russinovich and Cogswell are now Microsoft employees?
That they now update the utilities under the watchful eye of Microsoft?

Scary, isn't it? Tools to do things that windows cannot, by the same company.
MS has had Sysinternals since 2006. One would think something would have been incorporated by now.

I folowed Marks posts for a long time Ande and liked the guy, as i was searching for answers to Longhorn he seemed to be in the know and a good source of information, MS obviously aware of the system Internals suite, made sure it was kept under wraps,

I've known this since I started using their tools...

It's one of the few things I have to say "congrats" to them for that.

Apparently they also bought some code from my part of Canada to get their TCP/IP working simply and easily too... so you'd be surprised where MS buys their code...

That clarifies why the most useful and well developed 'MS' software are made by Mark Russinovich
