For who have never been in trouble, this post is worth a skimover. If you HAVE revived infractions, this is a MUST READ then, because it will explain our system to you and what you can do to make sure that it doesn't happen again.

Let me start by saying this system is not new: it was not introduced before I went away, it was before then, and until now, has been known by the moderators only, seeing as Raymond introduced it for us. I'm bringing this up because we've recently had a lot of issues with members that have been banned, coming back and assuming that it's a false ban, not paying any mind to the infractions. Pay attention to the infractions and we won't ban you.

Now, let me start by explaining the infraction system. If you do something wrong, something against the rules, we (the moderators) will see it and issue you an infraction, like a cop would give you a ticket if you are speeding for the first time. We might let you off with a warning, it depends on how serious of a problem it is. Below, you can see what the moderators are judging you on.

Keep in mind the column on the extreme right side: these do expire. So if you do something wrong, play nicely, and you'll be back to normal in no time. There is also a checkmark beyond this that will let us decide if it's a warning or not.

But the important thing to note here is the point value: the worse something is, the higher it is assigned. And if you rack up ten points at any time, you've earned a instant two week ban. Now, we really don't want to ban you, don't get us wrong. I love seeing the forum alive, I love trying to help people out, and it pains me to use this system. But it's easier for the moderators to keep the forum clean and only the moderators can use this, preventing any abuse of it.
