does anyone know how I can get a free VPN service. All the ones that I know are also blocked and cannot gain access.

A number of vpn services have frequent giveaways and there are some free ones always.
What are you looking to do with a vpn? Do you need a specific country's vpn? Do you just want to disguise yourself?
Remember, free vpn service = slow service.

I installed proxPN but when I enter email address and password for a pass it returns with 'possibly network not connected' and it refuses to go forward. I have set both default connection and other connection to USA , is this OK or should I change one to Iran?
