help needed with flv

i want to create a flv with a audio playing in the background and a picture as a video. kinda

how to make one...i hope you guys understand what i want...

You can do it using Movie Maker, it a default installed program on XP and Vista. Just add the picture and the sound at timeline and then Save the video to your PC. Sorry but I can't add more details cause it's been a long time since I haven't used Movie Maker. As I remember the file format of the saved video is .wmv but using a file converter, it's easy to convert to .flv.

p.s Use Format Factory, it has a lot of file formats.
