Why don't you try a clean install then?

    Screw Google! Ask me!

Personally, I would also try a full re-format of your HDD before attempting to do a clean install.

to get the F10 function to work download easy Bcd ,open it and select restore bcd ,browse to the recover partition and then select the boot folder ,and look for a file that ends with .bcd ,load that and restore it ,now F10 will work

If the recovery partition is hidden then download paragon hard drive backup ,run that and you will see the recovery partition ,all you need to do is assign a drive letter to that hidden partition ,this is only temp but it will allow u to load the bcd and restore it
Out of my mind. I Haven't Lost My Mind, It's Backed Up On Disk Somewhere.
