You can consider Portable applications + Kaspersky & BitDefender Rescue Disks in your list.
    Windows 7 SP1 Ultimate x86 + KIS 2011 (11.0.2.556 b.a.c.d) + Sandboxie Paid (3.54) + Deep Freeze Standard (7.20.020.3398)

One of my favourite rescue CDs is Parted Magic. However if you need one with a comprehensive set of tools there's Ultimate Boot CD

    Screw Google! Ask me!

Parted magic or Ultimate boot cd +1.
I don't need to know everything, I just need to know where to find it, when I need it.

Recovery Is Possible Linux, Kaspersky LiveCD, and either Puppy Linux or TinyCore Linux. Those three have saved my rear so many times, I've lost count!
