i have a pendrive with data . i will give it to my friends, after that my friends can see those files and execute , but i dont want them to copy or cut files from my pen drive to their systems. can you tell me the solution please?

Go to the files right click on the files of choice and click on read only, i just tried it on mine and this works for me, test this yourself just to be sure kumar1610

i tried your as u said CM V10 Hybrid ,but it is not working.
the question is data should not copy ,cut or burn to cd from my pen drive to any other systems or cds. i want the tight security for my data on pen drive still others can see my files and execute those files through my pendrive only but they should not copy or cut

Encrypt them with TrueCrypt .

The only solution I know is to buy a pen drive with a read-only switch, enabling which would make them function like any CD/DVD ROM. The software solutions are also good enough, but they have their side-effects.
