I'm getting tired of seeing Facebook bashing and propaganda on almost any tech forum, blog posts, etc etc.

It's really simple - if you despise the way it treats privacy, the 'malware' problems, the 'adult thingy', bla bla bla, then you can do 3 things about it:

1. Use it under paranoid mode - view it under extreme measures:
Adblock this, NoScript that, BetterPrivacy wakaka, Ghostery mamayo, Flashblock gogogo, and whatever else you can think of and list here hohoho...

2. Feign ignorance.

3. Stop using it. Even if some people would tease you and classify/label you as 'anti-social'. Life is more than just Facebook-ing...

And oh I love chocolates. Don't get me wine...though. No roses...I'm a man.

Like anything else in this world, FaceBook is only as safe as you choose to make it.

I do not want to spoil your party, however:

That's not the Facebook WOT reputation, you are looking only at the comments.
Comments are optional and provide only some information more.
Ratings are not comments.
Moreover nobody know how those people really rated Facebook (But WOT administration, since they keep the log files).

There is always a reason for any scorecard anyhow

The funny thing is...I'm having fan bashing it and I'm one of the 600 million users who rely on fb on daily updates. WOT weakness has been known to us for sometime.
