News Server or File Hosts????

Well most of us sometimes face a time on internet when we need to download something but when we search for it, we come to links of file hosts like Rapidshare, Megaupload, Hotfile etc... But as we all know that these are not good for the free users. However they are quite good for Premium users. But sometimes premium users also face slow download speeds.
I searched on the net for a solution for it and came to rapidleech script which is too server intensive and most of the web hosts dont allow it and which allow it are expensive.
Then i came to one more thing which is known as News Server.Well these are servers which handle Usenet (not Usenext) articles. This system was developed to share news but now people use it to share softwares, games(most are warez....). People say they are much better than Rapidshare, Megaupload and blah... blah... blah.....

I'd prefer not to have a discussion on warez on this forum, especially when linking to them is breaking the rules.

Since you're going to spend money on that, I would say News Server.
I have rapidleech on one of my server in Malaysia, sometimes it's really fast but there are times the server downloads very slowly from those file sharing sites.
