Hello Everyone,

I need a software Chat for the staff working in the company i work myself. I know there are many softwares online to download but the one im looking for is quite different and im having much pain to look for it.

Let say i got
20 agents working in lan 172.XXX.XX.X
1 Administrator working in lan 192.XXX.XX.X

The Administrator wants to communicate to a specify or group of agent via chat.

until here thats not a problem.
communication is on!!!
BUT!!!
what the Administrator want is that he/she(the administrator) want to be the only one who can chat to every agent(a specifc or a group of agent) and that agents wont be able to chat amongst themselves(agents to agents).
its only administrator to agent(s)
agents to administrator
no agent to agent
