Some keys stopped working in keyboard

Hello Everyone
A few days back Left SHIFT, TAB and Q W E R T Y keys stopped working in my keyboard. Sometimes they worked when I pushed them too hard but that is also not happening now. I've already opened my keyboard and cleaned all the dust.
I am not sure this is a problem with my OS(xp & 7) or my keyboard.
I've not tested keyboard on another computer.
Please help.

Hey Kishan - Can't really help until we know if the keyboard is faulty or not. You will need to test your keyboard on a different computer or, even better, connect a known working keyboard to your computer.

Sure sounds like a the keyboard is faulty to me. Try taking it apart again and clean the circuit board and membrane with methylated spirits.

It does seem to be the keyboard's fault because the keys that stopped working are at the same location (Shift, Tab, QWERTY)...
