GUI Rewind For YOUTUBE
I just retired and am catching upon freebie movies, such as Youtube series and videos. There is one problem, they appear to not be always rewound.I am not sure what you call that. In my observation you get this little circle of dots in the middle screen, and it appears, and goes counter-clockwise or left. This is a sign Youtube is rewinding. Down at the bottom, there is a progressbar with a circle on it,and if its over on the left screen, the videos has just started, and over on the right, the video is about to be over. If I hold the progressbar's circle over towards the right side, the progressbar will gradually present itself over on the right side indicating there is a complete rewind. Please forgive my lack of correct nomenclature,I hope I am specific enough to ask questions meanfully.
QUESTION: I want a gui application to rapidly rewind a YOUTUBE video. Please assist.

no that circle is to show its buffering... in simple terms loading the content
if you want to rewind rapidly then you can use one of the many downloaders that download the content to your pc for u to view anytime u want, and as it will be stored on your pc it will rewind instantly and no buffering

Many thanks friend Tangomouse. Yah, I should have known about that circle,I see buffering going on whenever I use Windows Media Player. Again, thanks!
QUESTION. I do not store much on my PC, which is a Dell Dimension 3000 with augmented memory of 2 gigabytes. I have Youtube configured so i can go to my movies. So no downloads. Yet i think I see a "replay" offer after a Youtube video is completed. Does this totally buffer? Or is there a bufering GUI if I have no intention of a download? Please advise.

when you see Replay, it replays a stored copy thats in your browser cache thats why it doesn't buffer when you replay it.
You can demonstrate this by disconnecting from the internet while keeping your browser open
