Assign Programs To Two Internet Connections

i have one local area connection, and a totally different wirelessconnection(different isp), i want to assign a program in my case utorrent to one of these and the other to rest of my apps, so that my browsing stays smooth while i download through utorrent a the same time......pls help me out......
Is there any program that can assign a network adapter or local area connection to a program?

I've only tested two different connection methods.
Maybe using two mobile broadband dongles will have conflicts.

First problem I encountered was getting two instances of the same app (broadband connection software) working together...? Maybe two different dongles would be a good place to start for me.

When using forcebindip to launch Firefox and Thunderbird, I am unable to attach files to e-mails.
