Toshiba Laptop error 03-eeee-0000

Hey guys just replaced the HD in my toshiba laptop and now that i'm trying to recover from the discs I get error code
03-eeee-0000
Can any one help me?????

to me that looks like a tattoo error, which i believe only toshiba can edit the dmi tattoo for the new drive!

Tattoo's are stored on the DMI chip and prevent the installation of recovery disks that are not ment for that machine, Changing a hardware component like a hdd causes it, i would clone the old drive to the new one. or install windows from a windows disk,

From what i can gather it seems i was correct and need to update the DMI - So found you this

Toshiba Notebook PC DMI Update Utility 1.0 build 60303 Check the supported notebooks to see if yours is listed, if not let me know ill see if i can find one for yours ,this DMI tool comes with the documentation. But another thing, on the Toshiba forums they say it could be ether a faulty Dvd disk or the Dmi. If to dont want to update the dmi then get hold of a copy of windows and install that, then download the drivers for that machine from toshiba

DMI tattoos stored on the chip and prevent MENT this machine recovery disk to install, change the lead it like a hard drive's hardware components, and I want to clone the old to the new drive. Or window from the Windows installation disk,
