Windows 7 starter not allowing picture background
I just got an Acer Aspire One netbook with intel atom processor and Windows 7 starter. I got it used and now it won't allow me to set a picture as the desktop background. I have tried several different pictures including ones that I took myself and even the sample Windows pictures that came with the computer but none of them would work. I tried to right click the pics but the set as background/wallpaper option wasn't there. Then I tried to right click the desktop looking for a personalize option on the drop down menu, but it was also gone. Finally I tried to go through the control panel -> Appearance -> Display. Throughout the control panel I was unable to locate anything that would allow me to change the wallpaper. Google yielded no useful results. If anyone could give me any ideas for something else to try then it would be much appreciated.
