Cannot play Moser Baer Movie Dvd in PC?

Moser baer relases Movie DVDs here. Bought the orginal retail DVD.
I can play the same Dvd on my dvd player, but my PC's DVD drive shows "insert disk" when i try to play it.
The DVD must be copy protected , but i`m not trying to copy ,cant play it..

The dvd drive plays other Dvds fine.
I guess my dvd drive is ok ,unless it's allergic to copy protected DVDs.

Has anybody faced a similar situation? Any solutions?

Try to play the Moser Baer movie DVD on another computer if possible.
That would rule out if there is a protection on the disc.

Perhaps this may help

Your CD or DVD drive can't read or write media

It should work if you use Windows Vista or 7, not sure about XP
